First off thank you to all that attended what was a great seminar and thanks to Lee for taking the time to come down.  Every one really enjoy the day and it was good to see some new faces at the Upminster Club.

Dear Team

As of Monday the 12th march the Monday class will now be at 7:00pm til 8:30pm this will make no impact to monthly payers however the class will cost £10 if you pay as you go! This is great news as it allows us to train for an extra 30 mins and at a more convenient time! Please give me feedback on how this works for you!

Lee Catling BJJ Black Belt Seminar

Lee Catling will be teaching a Seminar at the Upminster club, this is a great opportunity for the team to get together and have a great session. Spaces are limited so please let me know if you can attend asap to avoid disappointment.
